Hire Terms
This page outlines the basic conditions for hiring items from Unique Custom Gleams.
Booking Confirmation
A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of setup.
Refundable Bond
Hire items generally require a $100 refundable bond.
The bond is intended to cover cleaning or damage issues where applicable. Any applicable cleaning or damage amount may be deducted from the bond.
Care of Hire Items
Please handle hired items with reasonable care and return them clean and undamaged.
DIY Hire
DIY collection is usually on Friday, with return on Sunday or Monday. Alternative arrangements may be agreed.
Delivery, Setup & Pack-Down
Delivery, setup and pack-down is available for qualifying bookings above $400. Delivery and service arrangements depend on your event requirements and location. See Delivery & Service Area for more information.
Pickup
Pickup is available for suitable hire items. Exact collection details are supplied after your booking is confirmed.
