How do I confirm a booking?
A $100 deposit confirms your booking. See How Booking Works for the full process.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of setup.
Is there a bond?
Yes. Hire items generally carry a $100 refundable bond. Reasonable cleaning or damage costs may be deducted from the bond where applicable.
Can I collect items myself?
Yes, suitable items can be collected for DIY hire.
When do I collect and return DIY items?
Usual collection is Friday, with return on Sunday or Monday, or as agreed.
Can I hire a foldable backdrop for DIY use?
Yes. Selected foldable backdrops are designed for easier transport and include their supporting/attached stands.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, delivery, setup and pack-down is available for qualifying orders above $400.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Narre Warren VIC 3805.
Where do you service?
We service events across Victoria. Melbourne CBD is currently excluded. See Delivery & Service Area.
Can I send an inspiration photo?
Yes. Our online form doesn’t currently support file uploads, so please email inspiration images to uniquecustomgleams@gmail.com with your name and event date.
Do you make your own products?
Much of the UCG collection is designed and made in-house.
